In 2001, The Violence
Policy Center compiled a list of guns in an effort to show how evil the
gun makers are. I mean, how much more evil can you be, making guns
for kids to shoot. Can you think of anything more evil than a young
kid shooting at targets, plinking at tin cans or starting to train for
the Olympics? Just remember that the kids can not run out and buy
one of these guns, they must be bought by a parent or other adult.
This is not a full list of all of the firearms made for this market but
it is a good selection. I have added some information. I am
not going to try to keep the page updated so some of the guns might not
be in production but the list will give you an idea and you might find
one on the used market. Please e-mail me if you know of something that
I can add.

Liked your page on youth rifles and shotguns (it's the top page on Google if you search for "youth .22"). You could add the Ruger 10/22 CRR, and the Mossberg 702 Plinkster Bantam. There is also a Rossi youth series which includes a matched pair with both shotgun and rifle barrels.

you for compiling a comprehensive list of youth rifles. I have been
searching for the right beginner rifle for my 7 year old daughter
and having the list made it much easier to narrow the search. Knowing
which companies manufacture firearms with a focus on responsible gun
ownership and use saved hours of searching time.

enjoyment with my daughter both at the range and while hunting. Thank
